What We Do

Level 1. The Mission Statement

 “To provide improvement of quality of life and general improvement, through education, better communication, and relief for its members and the general public.  To utilize any and all available resources, people, information, technology, and acumen toward the overall improvement of mankind’s awareness and integration with the natural environment nationally and globally.”

 

Level 2.  Agency Goals and General Direction

To develop audio, video, film, television, radio, multimedia, and Internet based products and programs for education, entertainment, and historical preservation.

To provide member supported programs, programming, and services.

To provide beneficial, quality products and services that are either free or at a discount to members and to the general public.

To create a forum wherein members and the public can experience and benefit from a productive exchange of: artistic and cultural diversity, ideas, and knowledge, via the Internet, programming, and/or functions, conferences, seminars, expositions, etc.

To continually research and study the ways and means necessary to improve mankind, our interaction with each other, and with the environment in which we live.  Studies either gathered or made will substantiate and guide new developments in ecology, environment, pollution, recycling, architecture, engineering, energy efficiency, textiles, diet, nutrition, fitness, sociology, psychology, psychiatry, drug abuse, domestic violence, employment, and more.

 

Level 3.  Objectives, Targets, and Desired Outcomes

Objective: Fundraising

Outcome: The acquisition of some, most, or all of the equipment, resources, and funds necessary to build and operate the FFSL

 

Objective: Establish web presence and build membership base.

Outcome: Through the tax-deductible donations made by subscribers, The FFSL will be able to provide quality products and services, pay hired employees, maintain overhead, and cover any other hidden and fixed costs for successful operation.

 

Level 4.  Strategies

Sales and marketing of products and services; Find sponsors and foster strategic partnerships with mutually aligned goals.  This will result in greater public response through greater value and possible brand association.
